Satchmo Holdings Ltd is looking for a agile Marketing Trainee to plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing

campaigns that strengthen our brand presence across digital and offline channels. This is a 360° role — encompassing digital

campaigns, content creation, brand management, PR coordination, and vendor management — designed for a post-

graduate professional who blends creative instinct with data-driven decision-making.

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

1. Campaigns & Advertising

▸ Plan and execute end-to-end online and offline advertising campaigns for Satchmo Holdings.

▸ Design targeted campaigns for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and key trade events.

▸ Develop entry-marketing strategies for new markets or product categories as the company scales.

▸ Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and conversion experiments to continuously improve campaign ROI.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

▸ Build and maintain brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.





▸ Plan and manage paid digital campaigns — Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer collaborations — within budget.

▸ Track and report campaign performance against KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools.

▸ Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling landing pages, emailers, and digital collateral.

▸ Drive customer acquisition and engagement through SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.

3. Content Creation & Brand Management

▸ Develop brand-aligned content — product storytelling, recipes, behind-the-scenes, testimonials — for all channels.

▸ Uphold brand identity, visual standards, and tone of voice across all media and communication touchpoints.

▸ Manage creation and distribution of marketing assets: brochures, packaging inserts, in-store materials, and

merchandise.

▸ Coordinate product photography and videography shoots in line with brand guidelines.
