Job Description:
As an HR Manager at Synoptek, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with leadership teams to support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include developing HR policies, conducting training sessions, managing employee records, and addressing employee inquiries and concerns. You will also be involved in strategic planning and talent management to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding current employees.
- Manage employee relations, addressing workplace issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and labor laws.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring effective employee evaluations and development plans.




- Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for workforce planning and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining company policies in line with legal requirements.
