We are hiring a Procurement & Supply Executive to manage sourcing, purchasing, and inventory of all clinic consumables and supplies. This role ensures cost efficiency, availability, and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

1 Procurement & Sourcing

• Procure medical consumables (gloves, syringes, test kits, etc.)

• Source non-medical supplies (stationery, housekeeping items, etc.)

• Identify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms

2 Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain optimal inventory levels (no stock-outs / overstocking)

• Track usage patterns and reorder cycles

• Monitor expiry-sensitive items (especially medical supplies)

• Maintain accurate stock records and reports

3 Vendor Management

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships

• Ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance





• Handle vendor payments coordination with accounts team

• Evaluate vendor performance periodically

4 Operational Coordination

• Work closely with nurses, lab staff, and pharmacist for requirements

• Ensure availability of critical supplies at all times

• Support Center Manager in cost optimization initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (any discipline; supply chain preferred)

• 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement / inventory / supply chain

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Positive understanding of inventory control and cost management

• Proficiency in Excel / inventory tracking systems
