Senior Data Quality Analyst AI / Data Annotation

We are looking for an experienced Expert Rater to support and guide Raters working on an AI-powered advertising project.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support Raters to improve rating accuracy and consistency.
- Review annotations, ratings, and quality standards.
- Conduct Tier 2 reviews and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and KPIs to support quality improvement.
- Participate in client test rounds and understand project requirements.
- Provide clear feedback and guidance to Raters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality and project outcomes.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in rating, data annotation, data labeling, or data evaluation.




- Experience in quality review or quality assurance is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Positive analytical and research skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback.
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Understanding of U.S. culture and societal norms is preferred.
- Analytical Mindset with cognitive understanding
