Role Description
The Advertisement Sales Manager (APM – Ad Sales) is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.



The role involves identifying and acquiring new advertisers for the NoBrokerHood platform, managing a pipeline of prospects, and converting leads into long-term revenue partnerships. The manager will develop and present media proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely closure of advertising deals. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing ad inventory. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication, addressing service needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in media sales and advertising solutions, with the ability to manage end-to-end ad sales cycles.
- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation
