Key Responsibilities

1. Provide online support and site support to customers for PLC, HMI, servo, VFD, sensor, and automation-related issues.
2. Connect remotely through Ewon, Any Desk, TeamViewer, VPN, or other remote support tools to diagnose and resolve customer complaints.
3. Troubleshoot PLC logic, machine sequence, alarms, interlocks, recipe, batch report, and communication-related issues.
4. Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs as per machine and customer requirements.
5. Prepare and modify HMI screens, alarms, parameters, recipes, trends, and diagnostic pages.
6. Support upgradation and modification of old automation systems, including PLC/HMI program changes, hardware replacement support, communication setup, backup restoration, and system testing.

Support migration or modification of old PLC/HMI systems to upgraded platforms whenever required.
8. Coordinate with customer support, electrical, mechanical, validation, and production teams for complaint resolution.
9. Take PLC/HMI backup before and after modification.
10. Maintain proper online support reports, change history, service summary, and closure details.
11. Support commissioning, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities whenever required.
12. Visit Kaman factory for training or machine understanding only when required.
13. Follow proper programming standards, documentation discipline, and safety requirements.
