Babaclick is looking for exceptional Global Fulfilment Ops Intern to join our team in Gurugram.

We are a British, UK-headquartered global commerce company operating across the UK, US, EU, UAE, Canada, India, and China. Our teams work across procurement, sourcing, purchasing, fulfilment, and commercial operations to support cross-border commerce at scale.

What you will do

Working closely with our UK Fulfilment team, you'll play an active role in coordinating the day-to-day execution of our warehouse operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
- coordinating daily warehouse operations with our UK Fulfilment team through live operational calls
- ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, labelled,



and dispatched accurately and on time
- monitoring order queues and driving the timely clearance of in-stock orders
- coordinating shipping and logistics activities to ensure orders move efficiently through the fulfilment process
- providing clear operational direction and maintaining effective communication with warehouse colleagues
- identifying operational issues, escalating where appropriate, and supporting timely resolution
- maintaining accurate operational records, reporting, and workflow documentation
- collaborating with Procurement, Customer Operations, and other business functions to ensure seamless execution
- contributing to continuous improvements in operational processes, efficiency, and service delivery
