Role Summary
Senior Consultants – Offshore are responsible for the end‑to‑end technical implementation of the
Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS)
. This role requires solid domain and product expertise combined with hands‑on technical skills to translate client business requirements into scalable, production‑ready solutions.

Senior Consultants should design, configure, develop, and integrate CRIMS components while ensuring solution quality, system stability, and operational readiness. The role involves close collaboration with clients, project managers, architects, and global delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and client ownership post go‑live.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking experienced implementation professionals with a strong background in
investment management systems and financial technology delivery

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – Offshore, you will:
- Lead and contribute to CRIMS technical implementations across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows
- Analyze, validate, and translate business and technical requirements into effective CRIMS solutions
- Design, configure, and develop application components aligned with functional and non‑functional requirements
- Perform end‑to‑end system testing, including integration and regression testing across workflows
