About Orizin

Orizin is a food company building functional food from ingredients that come straight from the earth — grown, fermented, harvested, or mined. No synthetic sweeteners, no artificial colour, no supplement-aisle jargon.

We're bootstrapped and based in Bangalore, pre-launch. Every ingredient, formulation, and price decision has been made because it was right, not because it was easy or investor-approved.

Orizin was started by Zaain, a graphic designer from Bihar who paired the cultural weight of sattu with the visual language to bring it to metropolitan India. We're now looking for a co-founder to build the business side alongside that foundation, ahead of launch.

The role

This is a co-founder position, not an employee role. You'll help carry the parts of the business a solo founder can't scale alone — operations, growth, finance, partnerships, or a mix, depending on your strengths.



We're keeping this open deliberately: we're looking for the right person more than a fixed job description.

What you'll bring
- An ownership mentality — you want to build a company, not join a project
- Strength in operations, supply chain, growth/sales, or finance
- Genuine belief that honest, traceable, Indian-origin food can win
- Comfort operating in Bangalore, our first market

Compensation

Equity-based. This is an early, founder-led conversation — role, equity, and commitment will be shaped together, not fixed in advance.
