Role Description
The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential markets, reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting company offerings in a clear and compelling manner. The Business Development Executive will maintain ongoing communication with clients,



coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs, and track performance using CRM or similar tools. The role also includes preparing reports, analyzing market trends, and supporting strategic initiatives to increase revenue and brand presence.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and pursue growth opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage client relationships, maintain pipelines, and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage prospects, conduct presentations, and negotiate agreements effectively.
- Candidates should ideally have experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic market research and analysis.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent
