Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in various regions across India with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. The role involves leading sales activities, including prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, and maintaining strong long-term customer relationships. The Sales Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, prepare proposals and quotations, conduct product presentations and negotiations,



and track performance against monthly and quarterly targets. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams on pricing and delivery, analyzing market trends and competitor activity, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The person in this role will also mentor and guide junior sales staff, support key business development initiatives, and ensure a high standard of customer service across all interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Experience in client relationship management, with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills for meetings, presentations, and contract discussions.
