Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from creator identification to campaign execution and reporting.
- Identify, scout, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer agencies.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and contracts with influencers.
- Develop influencer recommendations based on brand objectives, target audience, budget, and campaign goals.
- Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships and Strategy teams to create impactful influencer marketing proposals.
- Coordinate with creators throughout the campaign lifecycle to ensure timely content delivery and campaign success.
- Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
- Maintain an updated influencer database, including creator profiles, pricing, engagement metrics, and niche categories.
- Stay updated on influencer trends,



platform updates, creator economy developments, and emerging talent.
- Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for influencer sourcing, negotiations, and campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Talent Management within an Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Advertising Agency.
- Solid understanding of influencer marketing platforms, social media trends, and the creator economy.
- Proven experience in scouting, onboarding, and managing influencers across multiple categories.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and performance evaluation.
