Role Description
The MIS Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Indore, responsible for managing and maintaining management information systems and related reporting activities. The role involves collecting, validating, and analyzing operational and project data, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems and spreadsheets. The MIS Executive will coordinate with project, operations, and finance teams to track performance metrics, highlight variances, and support decision-making with timely information. Typical tasks include updating dashboards, reconciling data from different sources, generating ad hoc reports for management, and maintaining well-organized documentation. The role may also involve assisting with process improvements, supporting audits, and providing clear communication of MIS findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to manage and maintain data in relevant tools and platforms.




- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and present insights that support operational and management decisions.
- Proven experience in MIS Reporting, including creating structured reports, dashboards, and summaries with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clarify data requirements, and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and familiarity with other data or reporting tools; knowledge of databases or BI tools is an advantage.
- Capability to work systematically, meet deadlines, and manage multiple reporting requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant educational background in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in telecom, infrastructure, or operations reporting is beneficial.
