Role Description
The Sales Manager – Institutional Sales will lead and expand institutional business within the Greater Vijayawada District. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying and developing opportunities with institutions such as hospitals, laboratories, educational organizations, and large commercial facilities. The role includes managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing,



preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. The Sales Manager will maintain strong customer relationships, provide after-sales support, track market trends, and regularly report sales performance and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Institutional Sales and Sales skills, with experience in managing large or complex accounts.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance and Investments knowledge to support pricing, budgeting, and commercial decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
