Role Overview
As a Lead Generation Intern, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital lead generation campaigns across Meta and other marketing channels. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality student leads while improving campaign efficiency and reducing acquisition costs.
You'll work closely with our marketing, counselling,
and content teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable business results.
What You'll Do:
- Create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Plan and optimize lead generation campaigns based on business goals.
- Analyze lead quality and recommend improvements.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
- Assist in Google Ads campaign management and optimization.
- Coordinate with the Content Team to improve ad creatives and messaging.
- Manage WhatsApp lead flow and automation for better response rates.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads and digital marketing trends.
Requirements:
- Practical experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
