Established in 2004, the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) is a not-for-profit industry body and the country’s only organization representing the digital services industry. IAMAI works closely with industry stakeholders and government bodies to promote the growth of the digital economy. With over 500+ Indian and multinational corporations as members, the Association operates across multiple verticals including digital payments, fintech, advertising, public policy, digital entertainment, and more.

Internship Overview:
The Finance Intern will work under the supervision of the Finance & Accounts team, supporting critical backend processes across accounts receivable and payable. This internship will provide hands-on experience in financial documentation, transaction tracking, invoice management, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Accounts Receivable Support:
- Payment Gateway Invoices & Receipts Booking:



Assist in recording invoices and receipts from various payment gateways into internal systems.
- Sales Invoice Filing: Organize and maintain physical/digital records of sales invoices for accessibility and audit readiness.
- Support for Additional Requirement Invoices: Help in the generation, verification, and recording of invoices related to additional services during events.
- Security Deposit Invoice Tracking: Assist in updating and maintaining security deposit records and statements.
- Payment Follow-up Support: Coordinate with clients for follow-ups on outstanding payments, send reminders, and update payment statuses.

Accounts Payable Support:
- Purchase File Maintenance: Update and maintain records of all purchase transactions in the purchase file.
- Invoice Documentation & Storage: Digitally store and organize purchase invoices for easy retrieval and backup.
