Job Title: Inventory Production Scheduling Manager

Location: Noida Sector 80

Experience Required: 2-5 years

Job Summary:

To ensure timely production, as per quality standards of Contract, and Government Order requirements. Maintain accurate inventory and MSL, timely material availability, proper stock records and registers, and follow the approved production schedule. The role is responsible for coordinating between Production floor, purchase, QC/PDI/JRI and dispatch as per approved dispatch schedule. Bring efficiency and optimization by use of Tools and PM software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management
- Raise Material demands on Engineering/Procurement Team
- Maintain records of raw material, bought-out items, consumables, tools, spares, WIP, and finished goods.
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels of all materials.
- Ensure timely issue of material to production as per production plan.
- Maintain stock accuracy through monthly/random physical verification and system updates.
- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and shortage materials.




- Ensure proper storage, labelling, tagging, and location-wise material arrangement.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

2. Production Scheduling
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on order priority, material availability, manpower, and machine capacity.
- Coordinate with Production Head to convert production targets into executable work plans.
- Track production progress against planned schedule.
- Highlight delays, bottlenecks, and material shortages in advance.
- Reschedule production activities in case of urgent orders, breakdowns, or material delays.
- Ensure proper coordination between stores, production, QC, maintenance, and dispatch.
- Maintain production planning sheets, work order status, and completion records.

3. Material Planning
- Prepare material requirement plans based on BOM, production target
