Job Description:

Schneider Electric is looking for a dynamic, high-performing Dy Sales Manager / Sales Manager to join our End-User & GEO Sales Team in the East Zone (Base Location: Durgapur / Kharagpur / Haldia).
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our market presence in West Bengal, positioning our cutting-edge portfolios—including Low-voltage switchgear, Drives & Automation and Power System solutions.

What You’ll Do:
Accelerate Growth: Drive sales targets, build a sustainable opportunity pipeline, and convert accounts across End-users in Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Water, and Utility segments.
Technical Value Selling: Create robust product preference by conducting high-impact technical discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations with key decision-makers and consultants.
Partner Strategy: Strengthen and expand our channel partner network in your designated Geo location / territory through proactive engagement, regular performance reviews, joint field visits, and comprehensive technical training.
Custom Solution Design:



Collaborate closely with internal application engineering and business development teams to craft optimized techno-commercial offers and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep account mapping, track local project lifecycles, monitor competitive landscapes, and maintain strong pipeline health within CRM tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership mindset.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in electrical industry sales, power distribution, or related fields.
Technical Core: Strong familiarity with LV Switchgear Solutions, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and application-based solution selling.
