Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will assist patients by providing information about healthcare services, scheduling appointments, following up with patients, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, treatments, reports, and feedback.
- Explain healthcare services, health packages, and promotional offers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM/Hospital Management System.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient service.
- Resolve patient concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department.




- Meet daily call targets and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare data privacy policies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
