General Manager
to lead resort operations, drive business growth, and establish long-term corporate partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate room, event, and corporate business for the resort.
- Develop relationships with corporate companies, travel agencies, event planners, wedding planners, and tour operators.
- Secure corporate bookings, conferences, offsites, destination weddings, and group reservations.
- Build strategic partnerships with travel partners, DMCs, and OTAs.
- Meet monthly and annual revenue targets.

Sales & Marketing
- Promote the resort through corporate visits and networking.
- Increase direct bookings and repeat business.
- Develop promotional packages and seasonal offers.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for online campaigns.
- Represent the resort at travel exhibitions, networking events, and hospitality forums.

Reservation & Revenue Management




- Oversee all room reservations and booking operations.
- Maximize occupancy and room revenue.
- Monitor OTA performance (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.).
- Implement pricing strategies and revenue optimization.

Event & Banquet Management
- Manage destination weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and private celebrations.
- Coordinate with clients from inquiry to successful event execution.
- Ensure smooth operations for conferences, retreats, and special events.

Resort Operations
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve escalated concerns.
- Maintain 4-star hospitality standards.

Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor resort staff.
- Develop SOPs and operational standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and team meetings.
