Role Summary:





We are looking for a quantitative research analyst to join our Index and Policy team in the Analytics Division. The successful candidate will bring in at least 3 years of working experience across the finance/quantitative and/or policy domains. The R.A will conduct primary and secondary research, set methodological frameworks, draft proposals and provide quantitative and qualitative insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct
literature reviews, desk research, and data synthesis
for thematic briefs.
- Write
structured analytical reports

- Support client engagements with data-backed insights and visual summaries.

normalizing variables, weighting, and index construction.
