We are looking for an experienced ERP Support Executive with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to provide functional and application support after ERP implementation. The candidate will support business users, troubleshoot ERP issues, coordinate with the implementation partner, and ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the Business Central ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central after implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues within agreed timelines.
- Support business users across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, and Supply Chain modules.
- Coordinate with the implementation partner for issue resolution, enhancements, upgrades, and system changes.
- Configure user roles, permissions, workflows, and master data.
- Perform testing for system updates, enhancements, and change requests.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare user documentation.
- Monitor ERP performance and recommend process improvements to enhance business efficiency.
