The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate with decision-makers and senior-level executives.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets is an advantage.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
