Roles And Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve existing web applications, ensuring they remain stable, efficient, and user-friendly.
- Work closely with product managers and other developers to enhance application features based on user feedback and business needs.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in live applications, providing quick and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption.
- Optimize existing codebases for performance and scalability, making improvements where necessary.
- Implement new features and UI/UX enhancements while ensuring compatibility with the existing architecture.
- Collaborate in a small, agile team to deliver incremental improvements while maintaining code quality and stability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices, applying them to enhance application performance.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure the code remains clean, maintainable, and well-documented.
- Build reusable code components and libraries that can be utilized across multiple projects.

Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience in debugging and improving existing codebases in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git, enabling effective collaboration.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a small team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
