Role Description
The Architectural Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur. This role is responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements, Vaastu principles where applicable, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include guiding the design team, reviewing drawings and BIM models, coordinating with structural and civil engineers, and overseeing interior design integration.



The Architectural Team Lead will manage project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor quality across deliverables such as plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings. The role also involves client communication, participation in site visits, collaboration with contractors, and support for BOQs and estimations to ensure accurate project planning and execution.

Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to lead concept development and detailed design.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows to manage coordinated project documentation.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proven Team Leadership capabilities, with experience mentoring design professionals and promoting collaborative work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectur
