About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Manager who can drive recent business opportunities and build long-term client relationships for our advertising agency. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an advertising or digital marketing agency, understand branding and marketing solutions, and be capable of identifying, pitching, and closing new business opportunities.

This role is focused on strategic business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth while working closely with the strategy, creative, and performance marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, partnerships, and inbound leads.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Understand client marketing objectives and recommend integrated advertising solutions.
- Prepare compelling agency presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, media, and performance teams to develop winning proposals.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Represent the agency at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management after onboarding.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of business development or growth experience in an advertising, branding, creative, or digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-value clients.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, and creative services.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
