Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer
to join our growing Digital Experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade digital experiences using
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, UI developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable, high-performing websites and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
.
- Build reusable and configurable
AEM Components, Templates, and Content Fragments
using
HTL (Sightly),



JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
.
- Develop backend business logic using
Java
, including custom
OSGi services
,
Apache Sling Models
,
Servlets
, and workflow processes.
- Create and maintain custom AEM workflows, listeners, schedulers, and services based on business requirements.
- Integrate AEM with external applications such as CRM platforms, e-commerce solutions, analytics tools, and other enterprise systems using
RESTful APIs
.
- Configure and optimize the
Apache Dispatcher
caching layer to improve website performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring high application availability and performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and frontend developers to implement responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) process
