? The Opportunity

This is a Founding Team role focused on Sales, Marketing, and Operations, with a explicit pathway to becoming a Co-Founder (CSO/COO track).

You will work directly with the founder to build and scale Kavadea’s revenue, distribution, and systems from the ground up.

⚡ What You’ll Own? Sales & Growth
- Drive online and offline sales growth
- Build and close B2B partnerships (multi-brand stores, boutiques, global stockists)




- Develop and execute sales strategies & expansion plans
- Handle high-value client relationships and conversions

? Marketing & Brand Growth
- Oversee marketing execution (campaigns, collaborations, launches)
- Work with content and performance teams to scale brand visibility
- Identify growth channels and drive measurable traction

⚙️ Operations & Business Systems
- Manage inventory, order flow, logistics, and vendor coordination
- Build and optimize sales and operational processes
- Analyze numbers, track performance, and improve efficiency
- Leverage AI tools and data for forecasting and scaling
