Role Description




The Training and Placement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing campus placement activities, including coordinating with recruiters, arranging campus drives, and maintaining strong industry relationships. The officer will conduct training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs to enhance students’ employability, focusing on soft skills, interview preparation, and qualified etiquette. Daily responsibilities include guiding students on career pathways, maintaining placement records, tracking outcomes, and collaborating with academic departments to align training with industry requirements. The role also includes promoting SGI to corporate partners, gathering feedback from employers, and continuously improving placement and training strategies to support student success.
