Analyzing genetics, epigenetics, metagenomics, and metabolomics data from high-throughput multiplex assays using advanced computational techniques.
Integrating various datasets to address specific biological questions.
Designing and developing pipelines for statistical genetics programs encompassing basic and translational research.
Writing manuscripts and contributing to various research studies.
Managing project deliveries, responding to customer queries, and handling custom requirements.
Basic understanding of molecular biology and genomics.
Hands-on experience in NGS data analysis (RNA-seq, Exome-seq, ChIP-seq, and downstream analysis).
Expertise in programming with Perl/Python.
Experience in bioinformatics pipeline design and development.
Familiarity with statistical programming (R/Bioconductor/Matlab).
Knowledge in WGS, GWAS, and population genomics (preferred).
Experience handling big data and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate with clinical research scientists for project requirements.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
