? Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across the US market

Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social media, networking, and internal databases

Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates

Negotiate rates, salaries, and extend offers





Maintain ATS records and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job needs

? Required Skills & Experience

1–5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter

Strong knowledge of US hiring processes, work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT), and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)

Experience working with VMS, Direct Clients, or Tier-1 Vendors

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently during US time zones

Proficient in sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
