Role Description
The Management Intern role at UGEEKO is a full-time hybrid position based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The intern will support day-to-day business operations, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, assisting in project planning, tracking deliverables,



and preparing reports and presentations for management. Responsibilities may include collecting and analyzing data, documenting processes, contributing to process improvements, and supporting client communication under supervision. The intern will also help with administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and maintaining accurate records in line with UGEEKO’s quality and compliance standards. This role provides exposure to IT services, digital transformation projects, and global client engagement.
