? Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and enhance
Ivanti ITSM / Ivanti Neurons for ITSM
.
- Work on
Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
processes.
- Design and maintain workflows, business rules, forms, layouts, dashboards, and automation.
- Support service management reporting, analytics, and operational dashboards.
- Build and support integrations with third-party enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Support testing, UAT, releases, deployment activities, and post-production support.
