We are seeking an experienced and skilled Design Manager to do design & engineering of Telecom domain in our Metro Rail projects in the Central Region, encompassing the states of Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; out of which a minimum of 3 years experience in Telecommunication domain Metro Rail project design & engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
- Tender & Contract reading, understanding and verification of technical aspects of project requirements.
- To possess strong analytical/problem solving skills and technical negotiation skills for effective handling of Risk and Opportunity as well as Claim Management leading to overall project success and customer satisfaction.
- To consider travelling as an integral part of the job and ready to travel frequently for short to medium duration to sites for customer meetings & project execution.
- To adhere to the highest safety standards and exhibit a process-oriented approach.
- To coordinate with all project stakeholders (internal/external).




- Effective and excellent collaboration/coordination with external stakeholders (preferable with customers) with on-time & explicit communications/documentations.
- Proactive planning to ensure minimum downtime on execution.
- Monitoring & Reporting projects in various on-line tools of Siemens.

Qualifications and Skills:

BE/BTech Electronics & Communications

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Project Design & Engineering; out of which a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Telecommunication domain Design & Engineering in Metro Rail Project.

Sound technical skills on Telecommunication systems (FRS, Clock, FOTS & IT, PAS, CDRS, CCTV, PIDS, Telephone, Radio, Access Control & Intrusion Systems)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of project deliverables.
