Role Description
The Referral Marketing – Executive/Senior Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with referral partners such as physicians, clinics, hospitals, and community organizations to drive patient referrals. Responsibilities include planning and executing referral marketing campaigns, conducting field visits, presenting Rehabi Health’s services, and tracking referral performance.



The role also requires coordinating with internal clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for referred patients and maintaining accurate records of outreach activities. The Executive/Senior Executive will collaborate on market insights, support local promotional events, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of Rehabi Health.

Qualifications
- Strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute referral-focused campaigns.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze local healthcare trends to identify referral opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills for presentations, networking, and relationship-building with referral partners.
- Proven Sales and Marketing abilities to convert outreach efforts into sustainable referral channels.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or medical services marketing is an advantage.
