To be successful as a Colleague Ops - CSI & Onboarding Lead, you should have experience with:
- Experience in large-scale technology operations and service management functions within a complex enterprise workplace
- Strategic planning, execution, and delivery of transformational initiatives aligned to business and technology objectives
- Senior stakeholder management, influencing, and decision-making across multiple business and technology functions
- Service management and continuous improvement methodologies, with a focus on colleague and customer experience
