We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive who will primarily handle end-to-end recruitment (70%) while supporting HR operations (30%). The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a good understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:-
Recruitment (70%)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Operations, and Support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media,
employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Release offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and maintain TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Build relationships with consultants, colleges, and placement agencies.
- Post job openings across various recruitment platforms.
HR Operations (30%):-
- Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
- Prepare HR letters such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, and Warning Letters.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Assist in probation reviews
