JOB Description Accreditation Manager

Location: Faridabad & Gurugram
Department: Accreditation & Technical
Reporting To: Managing Director

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage all accreditation and compliance activities for KBS Certification Services Limited across Management System Certification (ISO), Climate Change Validation & Verification, and Third-Party Inspection services. The role is responsible for maintaining accreditation, ensuring compliance with applicable international standards and regulatory requirements, and supporting continual improvement across the Faridabad and Gurugram offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all accreditation activities for ISO Certification, Climate Change, and Third-Party Inspection services.
- Ensure compliance with NABCB and other applicable accreditation requirements and applicable schemes.
- Coordinate accreditation assessments, surveillance, reassessments, and scope extensions, ensuring timely closure of all nonconformities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain accreditation documentation, policies, procedures,



and technical records.
- Conduct internal audits, monitor corrective actions, and support Management Review Meetings.
- Manage auditor, inspector, verifier, and technical expert competence, qualifications, and training.
- Provide technical guidance to operational teams and coordinate with accreditation bodies and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure continual improvement of the Certification Body's management system across both Faridabad and Gurugram offices.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Certification Body, Inspection Body, or Validation & Verification Body.
- Solid knowledge of NABCB accreditation requirements and applicable ISO standards for certification, inspection, and climate change services.
