Leading and managing a Hub service team that delivers Financial Reporting Services to Legal entities in US & CA.
- Ensuring high quality, compliance and efficiency of Financial Reporting service delivery in line with SLA, handling of ad-hoc requests and developing/offering (customized) solutions to business partners in US & CA and assigned legal entities.
- Identifying business partners requirements and maintaining regular exchange and good cooperation.
- Disciplinary leading service team including resource planning/recruiting, activity allocation and budget control. Ensuring a positive working environment and employees motivation through recognition, target setting, performance evaluation, development, and feedback.
- Supporting development and optimization of service processes and fostering the use of digital technologies to enhance value creation.
- Participating in global or regional Financial Reporting as well as local Hub projects and initiatives in various roles.
- Pro-actively contributing to and driving discussions in Financial Reporting Management team with regards of organizational development

Preferred candidate profile
- Education *indicate degree type in specialty*: Bachelor in accounting, business administration or similar
- Working Experience *indicate years of experience in certain fields*: 8+ years of experience in in accounting, business administration or similar
- Language skills *indicate* *language and require level*: C1 proficiency in Portuguese and C2 proficiency in English.
- Technical Skills *indicate* *skill and required level*: Advanced skills in finance processes and IFRS standards. Understanding of main concepts related to external audit, internal control and taxes.
