Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Cathlab Nurse role based in Kolkata. The Cathlab Nurse will assist cardiologists and technicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including angiography, angioplasty, and device implantations. Responsibilities include preparing patients and procedure rooms, managing sterile techniques, monitoring vital signs,



and documenting nursing care throughout procedures. The role involves administering medications as per protocol, responding to emergencies, and supporting pre- and post-procedure patient assessment and education. The Cathlab Nurse will collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient workflow and adherence to hospital policies and clinical guidelines.

Qualifications
- Professional nursing qualification (GNM/B.Sc Nursing) with valid nursing registration from the appropriate council.
- Experience in cardiac care, critical care, or Cathlab nursing, with familiarity in assisting angiography and angioplasty procedures.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining aseptic and sterile techniques in procedural environments.
- Ability to administer medications safely, follow clinical protocols, and respond promptly to cardiac and medical emergencies.
