We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a key role responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle HCM modules, solid client-facing skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key QualificationsExperience Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders
- Proven expertise in at least 3 of the following Oracle Cloud HCM modules:
- Performance Management
- Talent
- Success & Planning
- Compensation
- Dynamic Skills
- Minimum 2 completed implementation projects on the aforementioned Oracle HCM modules with demonstrated independent contribution
- Client-facing experience with direct involvement in requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder interactions




- Demonstrated ability to perform fit-gap analysis and map business requirements to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality

Core ResponsibilitiesFunctional Configuration & Implementation
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM with in-depth knowledge and expertise in at least 3 mandatory modules from Performance Management, Talent, Success & Planning, Compensation, and Dynamic Skills
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Design and implement enterprise and workforce structures including legal entities, business units, jobs, positions, and grades
- Configure self-service transactions, approval workflows, and notifications to streamline HR processes and enhance user experience
- Define and manage HCM Security, including security roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs), to ensure data privacy and access control
- Configure absence types, plans (accrual, qualification, entitlement), reasons, and certificatio
