Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance in a manufacturing plant setting.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes to ensure the right candidates are hired for various positions within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective PMS (Performance Management System) strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to factory HR.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in factory HR or similar role in an industrialization industry.
- Solid understanding of compliance regulations applicable to manufacturing plants.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
