Role Description
The Business Analyst will work full time in a

hybrid capacity, primarily based in Bhubaneswar with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the individual will gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders and clients to support the design and enhancement of Zemwa’s ERP modules.



Daily responsibilities include mapping and improving business processes, performing data and trend analysis, preparing functional specifications, and collaborating with product, development, and operations teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives. The Business Analyst will also support user acceptance testing, create clear documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across marketing, HR, operations, finance, and technology workflows.
