About the Role:
Join Hero Vired, an edtech startup backed by the Hero Group, offering industry-relevant online degree programs. As a B2C Sales Executive, you will drive enrollments by guiding students and professionals through program selection and admission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
- Counsel candidates on UG/PG programs (BA, BCom, MBA, etc.)
- Conduct demos via calls, emails, and chats
- Manage the sales funnel using CRM tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, NoPaperForms)
- Achieve sales targets with a consultative approach
Requirements:
- Mini 6 month experience into inside sales (B2C sales)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM/dialer systems
- Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable
- Startup experience preferred
