Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their requirements related to furniture and interior décor products
- Provide product knowledge, styling suggestions, and design inputs to help customers make informed purchase decisions
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are well displayed on the sales floor
- Handle billing, order processing, and after-sales coordination
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business/referrals
- Stay updated on recent product launches, trends in furniture and interior design
