Role Description
The Utility & Process Manager is a full time hybrid role based in Vadodara, with some flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing,



and optimizing operational processes across manufacturing, import-export, and marketing functions to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput. Day-to-day tasks include mapping and documenting workflows, defining standard operating procedures, monitoring process performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The Process & Utility Manager will collaborate closely with production, supply chain, sales, and quality teams to resolve bottlenecks, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. The role also involves using data and metrics to support decision-making, coordinating cross-functional projects, and supporting the adoption of new technologies and best practices.

Qualifications
- Strong process analysis and improvement skills, including workflow mapping, SOP development, and application of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
