About the Role:-
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Program Manager to manage end-to-end learning programs and ensure an exceptional learner experience. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the EdTech industry, robust stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence while collaborating across multiple teams.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Program Manager/Program Operations/Student Success in the EdTech industry.
- Strong experience in cohort management and learning operations.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in learner engagement, mentor management, and community building.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with online upskilling or professional learning programs.
- Familiarity with curriculum operations, project-based learning, and assessment frameworks.
