We are seeking an experienced US Accounting Executive with a robust background in US accounting processes and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with month-end close activities, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, including cash flow statements and weekly liquidity reports.
- Analyze financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and required documentation.
- Maintain accounting records in accordance with US GAAP and company policies.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Requirements:
- B.Com graduate (Mandatory).
- 3+ years of experience in US Accounting.
- Experience working with a US-based company in an accounting role.
- Strong understanding of the month-end close process.
- Hands-on experience preparing cash flow statements, weekly liquidity reports, and other ad-hoc financial reports.
- Experience performing bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Prior experience supporting internal and external audits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
