We are looking for a
Senior Associate – Teacher Quality Assurance
to support our Teacher Quality Assurance team by ensuring high standards of teaching quality across live and recorded sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and coordinate session audits.
- Evaluate teaching quality, student engagement, and learning outcomes.
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to teachers and track their progress.
- Manage audit trackers and ensure timely completion of quality reports.
- Collaborate with Training, Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Support quality initiatives and AI model calibration through structured session observations.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in EdTech, Teaching, Academic Quality, Teacher Training, Academic Operations, or Teacher Support.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; B.Ed., M.Ed., or teaching-related certifications are an added advantage.
- Robust understanding of online teaching and classroom engagement.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience in session auditing, teacher coaching, or academic quality assurance is preferred.
