Core Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ledger Management: Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and sub-ledgers.
- Month-End Close: Lead the closing process and verify journal entries.
- Audit Support: Prepare documentation and coordinate with external auditors.
- Tax Compliance: Assist with corporate tax filings, VAT/sales tax, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentorship: Guide, review, and supervise the work of junior accountants.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze budget-to-actual variances and explain financial discrepancies

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification: CPA (Certified Public Accountant)



or CMA designation is highly preferred.
- Experience: Typically 5 to 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Software: Proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
- Analytical Skills: Solid ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry, verification, and reporting
